The program employs a variety of tools to engage participants and the community. Participants build on their knowledge and individual experiences, and put themselves to the test by completing a team project to benefit the community. On program days, community issues are explored through the eyes of guest presenters who work daily on these issues. Professional trainers from across the region join us to provide skills building in the area of leadership development.
